Oathclaimed content notes

Read before you unlock

Oathclaimed is written for mature readers, in the tradition of today's romantasy and dark romance. Here is what the story touches, and how the game keeps both of you in control.

What the story includes

  • Intimate scenes, told in words and paced by the two of you
  • Power between characters: devotion, command and surrender
  • Dark romance themes, including captivity, tributes and villain love interests
  • Fantasy peril and menace in the story chapters

How the game keeps you in control

  • A pact and a safeword are agreed before play begins
  • Any card can be refused, and either player can call Hold at any time
  • The boldest tier, Beyond the Veil, stays off unless both of you turn it on
  • Words only. No images of real people.
